This data is used for technical operation, system security and the detection and prevention of attacks. We do not assign this data to specific individuals. Log files are deleted no later than after 6 months unless they are required for longer to investigate a specific security incident.

Contact form

If you contact us via the contact form, we store and process your details in order to handle your enquiry. Data is only passed on to third parties if this is necessary to handle your enquiry, if there is a legal obligation or if you have expressly consented.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Technically necessary cookies are required for the operation of the website and cannot be disabled.

For reach measurement, we use analytics cookies only after your consent via the cookie banner. Your consent is stored in the cookie “sc-cookie-consent”. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings or disable cookies in your browser settings. This may restrict the functionality of the website.

Web analytics with Matomo

Matomo is configured in a privacy-friendly manner. The IP address is shortened before storage. A Do Not Track setting set in the browser is respected. Web analytics is carried out exclusively after your consent via the cookie banner. The collected raw data is deleted no later than after 180 days.

Disclosure to third parties and processors

We only disclose personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract, if there is a legal obligation or if you have expressly consented.

Where we engage service providers who process personal data on our behalf, we contractually ensure that this data is processed only according to our instructions, for a specific purpose, confidentially and with appropriate data security.

Data processing in the context of mandates and hosting

In the course of our services, we process data provided to us by customers or processed through the systems we operate. This concerns in particular hosting, software development, automation, audits, interim mandates and domain and DNS services.

For such customer data, we generally act as processor. Responsibility for the lawfulness of the processing remains with the respective customer as controller. We process this data exclusively to fulfil the agreed mandate and in accordance with the customer's instructions.

Confidentiality

All customer data received in the course of a collaboration is treated confidentially and used exclusively to fulfil the respective mandate. Confidentiality is ensured through contractual obligations, internal instructions and technical measures. It continues to apply after the collaboration has ended.

Disclosure of personal data abroad

Personal data is generally processed in Switzerland and hosted on servers in Switzerland.

Where personal data is disclosed to recipients abroad, this is done only if an adequate level of data protection exists or suitable safeguards are provided. These include in particular standard contractual clauses, recognised adequacy mechanisms or other legally permissible bases.

Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, alteration or misuse.

These include in particular encrypted transmission, access controls, separate customer environments, logging, regular security updates, backups and monitoring. Our security measures are continuously reviewed and adapted to the state of the art.

Retention period

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Business and contract-related data is generally retained for 10 years. Thereafter, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Within the scope of applicable data protection law, you have the right to information about the personal data we process, to rectification of inaccurate data, to deletion where no statutory retention obligations prevent this, to disclosure or transfer of your data, and to object to data processing or withdraw consent you have given.
