About SilentCreation
SilentCreation is a Zurich-based company founded by Robert Lisac. More than 15 years of experience in technology leadership, software development and infrastructure form the basis of our work. Industry experience includes publishing, tourism, financial services and manufacturing.
When you commission us, you work directly with the management team. Where a mandate requires additional expertise, we bring it in from a network of specialists and experts built up over many years – in Switzerland and internationally.
Management
The management team combines technical experience with operational responsibility. We know software development, infrastructure, automation and leadership not only from consulting, but from building and operating our own solutions.
In mandates, you work directly with the responsible people. Decisions are prepared together, made transparently and accompanied through to implementation.
Network
Through our many years of work, we have built a solid network of specialists. This allows us to provide the right expertise for each project. We coordinate your project so that you retain one contact person, and we keep responsibility with us.
Collaboration
Open communication in both directions. We share our assessment, you share your concerns. Decisions are made together.
We develop software projects in sprints and with an agreed specification document. Interim mandates with regular reporting and defined milestones. You always know where the project stands.
If something does not work or does not make sense, we say so. We expect the same from you.
